Albuquerque Artists is an online art gallery displaying art from artists living in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The site features artwork and information about local artists as well as directories of artists, art organizations, and galleries in the city.

Selling Artwork

We are always looking for artists who would like to show their work on the internet.  If you live in Albuquerque or the surrounding area and are interested in displaying your artwork on the internet, please see our web hosting page.

History

Albuquerque Artists was started in 2003 and is owned and operated by a href="/contact-stephen-barnes.htm">Stephen Barnes.  He started the site as a way to show his own photography and with the desire to make showing artwork available to his community at a low cost.  Since that time, it has grown to include the works of multiple accomplished local artists and to have one of the best directories for Albuquerque's physical galleries and other local artists.

Mailing List

Albuquerque Artists has an email mailing list that has updates on new artwork and artists presented at the site.  Emails are sent to the mailing list at most once a month.  Email addresses for mailing list members are kept private.  You can subscribe and unsubscribe to the mailing list by emailing generalinfo@abqartists.com.

Purchasing

Albuquerque Artists uses Paypal for online ordering. Paypal is a reputable online company that has been in business on the internet since 1998.  It is owned by Ebay and over 100,000 web sites use Paypal for their purchasing. All parts of the purchase transaction (purchasing, payment, shipping, returns, etc.) are done directly with the artist who created the work and is their sole responsibility. If you have any questions about making a purchase, please feel free to contact us at generalinfo@abqartists.com.
